Please read all of the following terms carefully before using this platform. By registering or playing at bd000, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

Section 1

General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bd000 platform ("bd000", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing, browsing, or playing on the bd000.lat website, you consent to be bound by these Terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are clarified below:

  • "Platform" — The bd000.lat website and all its services.
  • "Member" — Any registered user who has opened an account at bd000.
  • "Balance" — The total amount held in a member's account (both cash balance and bonus balance).
  • "Bonus Balance" — An amount received as a promotional benefit, which cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
  • "Wagering" — The total bets required to make a bonus balance or winnings withdrawable.
Important: These Terms may be changed at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register at bd000 and to use any gaming or betting service. We may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Any attempt to use the service by a minor will result in immediate account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information, creating multiple accounts, or registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

  • Each member may operate only one account.
  • Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.
  • Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
  • Sharing access to your account with a third party is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd000 reserves the right to verify members' identities to prevent fraud and ensure security. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. If required documents are not provided, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bd000 is ৳200. We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made through any method other than these will not be accepted.

  • Deposited funds must be legitimate and from your own source.
  • Deposits made through a third party are not permitted.
  • The balance will be credited to your account only after the deposit is successfully processed.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Please note: All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • bd000 reserves the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
  • Withdrawals may be cancelled if fraud or a breach of terms is found.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit at bd000 receive a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Deposit ৳22,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit + bonus combined. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • You may withdraw from your cash balance before completing the wagering requirement, but doing so will cancel any active bonus.
  • All promotional bonuses will expire if not used within a set period from the date they are issued.
  • bd000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
  • Bonuses are issued once only and one per member.

4.3 VIP Program

The bd000 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's activity, and bd000 reserves the right to make the final decision on this.

Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games at bd000 are conducted fairly and impartially. The terms of individual game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and Ezugi) will apply.

  • A game result may be voided due to a technical error.
  • If the connection is lost, the game status will be recorded automatically.
  • Any winnings resulting from a software error or malfunction will be considered void.
  • bd000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue any game.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. If an event is cancelled, bets may be refunded — in such cases, bd000's decision is final.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using fraudulent methods to exploit the bonus system ("bonus abuse").
  • Playing using automated bots, scripts, or software.
  • Exploiting game errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Money laundering or engaging in any unlawful financial activity.
  • Threatening, harassing, or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other members or bd000 staff.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
  • Multiple members of the same household operating accounts from the same device (without special permission).
Section 7

Limitation of Liability

bd000 is an entertainment platform. Our liability is limited in the following matters:

  • bd000 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • bd000 is not liable for delays relating to third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
  • bd000 is not liable for losses due to hacking or unauthorised access where the member has been negligent.
  • bd000 is not liable if the gaming experience is disrupted by issues with the member's own device or network.

In the event of any dispute, bd000's server logs and gaming records will be treated as the definitive source of information.

Responsible Gaming

bd000 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to make money.

  • Only those aged 21 or over may use this platform.
  • Members can set their own deposit and betting limits.
  • Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available.

Changes to Terms & Account Termination

bd000 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

10.2 Closing Your Account

Members may close their account at any time by contacting bd000 support. Any remaining cash balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn at the time of the account closure request.

10.3 Account Cancellation by bd000

bd000 may cancel any account without notice in the event of a breach of terms. In such cases, bonus balances and funds linked to suspicious transactions may be forfeited.
